Adrian Burke is a Partner in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services Department. His main practice areas include structured finance, securitisation and capital markets. Adrian also advises on general banking matters, bank reorganisations and financial services regulation for banks.
Recent transactions he has advised on include:
- €600m and STG£600m eurobond issue for the Westfield Group.
- £345m securitisation arranged by Morgan Stanley.
- US$130m US debt private placement arranged by ABN AMRO Bank.
- €12bn Euro Medium Term Note programme for Irish Life and Permanent plc.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a Partner at A&L Goodbody in 2001. Adrian has published many articles and spoken at conferences on banking and financial services law.
