Ciarán Rogers is a Partner in the Banking and Financial Services Department. He has extensive experience of capital markets (equity and debt), securitisation, structured products and syndicated lending. He is also Head of the Securitisation and Structured Products practice at A&L Goodbody.
Ciarán advised eircom plc on the financing of its €420m acquisition of Meteor Mobile Communications in 2005 and on its €1.3bn flotation in 2004. He recently acted for the arrangers of a highly innovative Tier 1 capital raising by EBS Building Society; the first of its kind in Ireland. He has advised on numerous award winning securitisations including Depfa’s securitisation of its PFI/PPP loan portfolio. He also regularly advises leading investment banks on their structured products and programmes.
Before joining A&L Goodbody, Ciarán worked for 8 years in London and New York for a leading City of London law firm.
