Mark Traynor is a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group and also specialises in the areas of general commercial litigation and Corporate Criminal Offences.
Mark has acted for insolvency practitioners, companies and creditors in many recent insolvency matters, including Setanta Sports Group, Waterford Wedgwood plc, Zavvi Retail (Ireland) Limited, Newcourt plc, Interactive Acquisitions Ltd, Larionovo Limited, Structured Credit Company, International Securities Trading Corporation, Sachsen Funding Ltd and in the receivership of Orwell Motors and has wide experience in liquidations, receiverships and examinerships as well as advising and working on formal and informal restructurings and reorganisations.
Mark is a member of INSOL Europe and the Restructuring and Creditors Rights Section of the International Bar Association. He is also a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners.
