Central Bank of Ireland publish new measures to deal with mortgage arrears and consultation paper on a review of the Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears. On the EU side, breakthrough on CRD IV, agreement by the European Parliament and Council on a proposal which would put a cap on bankers' bonuses and progress with technical standards for recovery plans.
