Niamh’s development work includes a full range of work from acting for purchasers in pre-funding development to acting for statutory and public bodies who wish to secure development through joint ventures. She also acts for a wide range of pension funds and other institutional investors in dealing with purchases, sales, lettings and ongoing investment management issues. In the retail sector, her clients include both the owners of significant retail investments and UK multiples who, as tenants, have a retail presence throughout Ireland.
